Button Health is a family medicine practice in downtown Toronto at Bay and College. We are taking on full-time family physicians who want a full roster from the day they start.
You will not build a panel from scratch. The patients are already waiting, and you select your roster during onboarding. The practice is attached and continuity based, with no walk-in and no call.
An administrative team handles scheduling, billing and referrals, and an AI scribe runs in the room. The space is a new seven-room build at College station, with lab, imaging and pharmacy in the building.

Compensation is FHO capitation, independent contractor. Specifics are discussed directly.
Requirements:
CCFP certification, or eligibility for CFPC certification without examination (US ABFM, UK MRCGP, Ireland MICGP, or Australia FRACGP or FACRRM). Holding or eligible for a CPSO Certificate of Registration for Independent Practice, an OHIP billing number, and CMPA coverage.
