We are hiring an Office Administrator to support bookkeeping, hiring, HR documentation and daily operations.
This role is the operational backbone of our company.
What You’ll Own Bookkeeping
- Maintain accurate financial records
- Support payroll prep and expense tracking
- Work in QuickBooks (or equivalent)
- Maintain Excel trackers and reports
- Keep financial records clean and organized
Accuracy target: 98%+
Hiring & HR Administration
- Post job ads and manage applications
- Schedule interviews
- Prepare offer letters and employment agreements
- Maintain complete employee files
- Track onboarding and safety documentation
- Interviewing Potential Hires
Documentation compliance target: 100% complete files
Systems & Organization
- Maintain HR folder structure
- Keep trackers updated
- Support CRM updates when required
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks
If it isn’t documented, it didn’t happen.

Monthly Admin Scorecard based on:
- Accuracy
- Timeliness
- Hiring flow efficiency
- Documentation compliance
- Communication quality
- System reliability
Scorecards are trend-based, not emotional.
Schedule
- Full-time
- Weekday office hours
- Some flexibility is required during hiring surges
Compensation
- Hourly pay (based on experience)
- Paid bi-weekly
- 3-month probation
- Strict confidentiality required
