Come join our team!! Camp Alliwannado is a leadership-focused day camp with locations in Tavistock, Ayr, and Wellesley, ON. We will be offering 8 weeks of themed programming for 75-140 kids a week!
We are seeking dynamic, enthusiastic Camp Coordinators to oversee daily camp operations and ensure an engaging, safe environment for campers aged 4-12 at all of our locations. We will be hiring coordinators for specific roles such as Art, Sports, Leadership, Junior Leaders, Music and Activities (Small Games).

Qualifications:
Applicants must be currently enrolled in or have graduated from a post-secondary program. Priority will be given to candidates who are in/graduated from programs related to the role they are applying for.
- Previous experience at camp preferred.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
- Passionate about creating a positive and engaging camp environment.
- Ability to manage a team and ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement a variety of age-appropriate activities and schedules.
- Supervise and assist camp staff to ensure a positive camper experience.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all campers.
- Handle camper behaviour and emergencies with professionalism and care.
Age: 18+
Must be able to commute to Ayr, ON.
Employment Period: June 23 - August 22, 2025, with remote prep work in the spring.
- Prep week: June 23-27
- Camp Season: June 30-August 22 (except Civic Holiday - August 4)
Screening Required: Application, Police Records Check 18+ (every 3 years), References, Interview
Pay: Weekly salary of $700-$900, based on education and experience.
Training: Applicants must be able to attend all mandatory staff training.
