Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Registered Physiotherapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals through evidence-based practices and effective communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with a variety of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions.
- Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and pain management.
- Educate clients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and wellness strategies.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records using our electronic health system (Jane App).
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the clinic to provide holistic care.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of clinic practices.
Qualifications:
- Registered and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of British Columbia (CPTBC).
- Proven experience in musculoskeletal and orthopedic physiotherapy (new graduates are welcome to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
