As a Machine Operator, you will support daily production by operating equipment, handling materials, monitoring quality, and keeping workflow moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Operate manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently according to work instructions and production schedules.
- Load raw materials into equipment and remove finished products from machinery.
- Monitor machine performance and report mechanical, quality, or production concerns.
- Inspect products to ensure they meet required quality specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
- Assist with general production duties and support team members as required.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $18.55 per hour.
- Afternoon shift premium: Additional $2.00 per hour.
- Annual salary range: $38,584 to $42,744 per year.
