Full-Time | Customer-Focused | Fast-Paced, High-Volume Service Department
Stratford Subaru is a growing dealership known for consistent service standards and a strong customer reputation.
We are seeking a Service Advisor to join our service team. This role is responsible for managing the customer experience in the service department, from intake through completion, while working closely with Technicians to ensure service is delivered accurately, efficiently, and professionally.
Key Responsibilities

Greet customers and manage service appointments from intake through completion

Accurately document customer concerns and service requirements

Communicate clearly with Technicians and keep customers informed on progress and timelines

Review completed work with customers and address questions or follow-up needs

Ensure a clean, organized, and well-managed service lane

Complete post-service follow-up to confirm customer satisfaction

Maintain accurate records and documentation
-
Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For

1–2 years of relevant customer service experience
-
Automotive service experience is an asset, but not required
-
Strong communication skills and professional presence
-
High attention to detail and strong time management skills
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Team-oriented, organized, and accountable
-
Experience with PBS is considered an asset

The compensation for this role is $55,000-$70,000/year

This compensation encompasses base salary and vacation pay as required under Ontario Regulation 476/24 made under the Employment Standards Act, 2000.
