Overview
We are seeking a friendly, professional FOH Supervisor and Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food service, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the food and hospitality industry. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and leadership are valued. Prior restaurant or hotel experience, including food handling and kitchen familiarity, is preferred. Candidates with barista experience or supervisory background in food service are encouraged to apply. The Server will be responsible for ensuring guests have an exceptional dining experience through attentive service and efficient order management.
Duties
- Asist in managing day to day operations, focusing on guest satisfaction by overseeing staff, handling complaints, managing reservations and upholding policy standards
- Take and accurately relay customer orders using Micros POS or similar systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and safety
- Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs, answering questions about menu items, and ensuring satisfaction
- Supervise team members when needed, including training new staff and managing restaurant flow during shifts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setup and sanitation
- Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and safety standards at all times
Experience
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant management, or hospitality is highly desirable
- Experience with POS systems such as Pixel Point or similar platforms is preferred but not required.
- Supervising or team management experience required to be hired as a supervisor. Willing to hire an experienced server and train to promote for the right candidate.
- Background in food handling, safety protocols, and kitchen operations preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to interview new team members and contribute to a positive work environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in fast-paced settings
- Evening and weekend availability is required
