We are seeking a Mature Team Member to join us in a healthy quick service restaurant. You will NEED to be delivering exceptional customer service while MULTITASKING various responsibilities, including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness of the restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions.
- Prepare (chop) and serve food items according to established recipes and customizations by our customers.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and 3rd Party tablets.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, dining space and rest of the restaurant.
- Follow all food handling guidelines to maintain quality and safety standards.
- MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKDAYS/WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS.
Skills
- Food Safe Level 1 Certificate Required.
- Excellent multitasker with ability to handle numerous tasks simultaneously & efficiently in a busy environment.
- DETAIL ORIENTED IS A MUST.
- Proven customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Experience with food and POS system is preferred.
- Familiarity with cashiering processes and basic math skills for accurate inventory management.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in the food industry.
