Regiment Staffing is looking for an experienced Concrete Foundation Wall Foreman to lead residential and custom home foundation projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising crews, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Pay Rate- $50-$55 per hour
Shift- Monday to Saturday
Job Location- Anywhere in Greater Toronto Area (depending on Project )
Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead foundation wall forming crews on residential construction projects.
- Read and interpret structural drawings, engineering plans, and survey layouts.
- Plan daily work activities and coordinate labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors.
- Ensure accurate layout, installation, bracing, and alignment of foundation wall forms.
- Coordinate concrete pours and monitor quality throughout the construction process.
- Maintain a safe job site and enforce all health and safety regulations.
- Perform quality inspections to ensure walls meet project specifications and tolerances.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, site supervisors, surveyors, inspectors, and clients.
- Train, mentor, and motivate crew members.
- Troubleshoot field issues and implement practical solutions to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in residential or commercial concrete foundation wall forming.
- Previous experience as a Foreman or Crew Leader is a must.
- Strong knowledge of foundation forming systems and concrete construction.
- Ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and survey information.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Strong understanding of Ontario construction safety requirements.
- Valid Ontario driver's licence with reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of performing demanding construction work when required.
Pay: $50.00-$55.00 per hour
