Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pizza Person, providing exceptional in-store help, customer service, and delivery assistance. This role involves preparing food, managing customer interactions, and ensuring a positive dining experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Duties
- Prepare pizza and other menu items according to company recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing and cash handling.
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service both in-store and during delivery.
- Handle food safely following sanitation and food safety guidelines.
- Manage cashier responsibilities including cashiering, upselling, and processing payments accurately.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as ingredient assembly and kitchen sanitation.
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining excellent customer service standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area, kitchen stations, and dining space to ensure sanitation compliance.
- Manage time effectively to handle multiple orders during busy periods.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
