Role Description
We are looking for a Construction Estimator for a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB. You will drive project success by analyzing blueprints and specifications to produce highly accurate cost estimates. Beyond estimating, you will manage material procurement and schedule site deliveries to keep our field crews moving efficiently. You will collaborate closely with our project teams daily to ensure every build is executed accurately.
Technical Qualifications:
- Estimating Expertise: Extensive experience in construction estimation, cost analysis, and budget management.
- Specialized Exterior Knowledge: In-depth understanding of building facade assemblies, including but not limited to; siding, soffit, fascia, stucco, roofing, and LP materials.
- Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in modern construction estimating and takeoff software. ( StackCT or alike)
- Industry Acumen: Strong overall knowledge of construction materials, building processes, and current industry standards.

- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to produce highly accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to facilitate seamless collaboration across field teams, management, and external stakeholders
