Les Kilomaîtres de LaSalle Track and Field club situated in the Borough of Lasalle. We are a non-profit track and field club who train competitive, recreational and Initiation athletes in the different discipline of track & Field.
Kilomaitres Lasalle recherche activement un entraîneur dédié pour notre programme d'initiation conçu pour les jeunes athlètes âgés de 6 à 12 ans. Il s'agit d'une opportunité fantastique de contribuer à façonner l'avenir des athlètes en herbe en athlétisme.
**Poste** : Entraîneur du programme d'initiation pour les jeunes
**Lieu** : Ville Lasalle
**Âges** : 6 à 12 ans
**Description du poste** :
- Diriger et développer des séances d'entraînement adaptées aux jeunes athlètes.
- Favoriser un environnement positif et encourageant.
- Communiquer efficacement avec les athlètes et leurs parents.
**Qualifications** :
- Une expérience antérieure en tant qu'entraîneur d'athlétisme est préférable ou une expérience dans le sport ou l'entraînement sportif dans d'autres sports.
- Passion pour le travail avec les enfants et favoriser leur développement athlétique.
- Solides compétences en communication et en leadership.
- Une vérification des antécédents sera effectuée par Athlétisme Québec (obligatoire pour le candidat embauché).

**Job Description:**
- Lead and develop training sessions tailored to young athletes.
- Foster a positive and encouraging environment.
- Communicate effectively with both athletes and their parents.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience as a track and field coach is preferred or experience in sports or athletic training in other sports.
- Passion for working with children and fostering their athletic development.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- A background check will be conducted by Quebec Athletics (required for the hired applicant).
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
