Key Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing residential customers
- Build strong customer relationships through consultative selling and exceptional service
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM system
- Participate in ongoing coaching and skill development sessions
- Meet and exceed sales performance goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience, preferably within residential sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Self-motivated, ambitious, and results-oriented
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends based on customer availability
- Reliable transportation required
