Are you passionate about pickleball and excited by the opportunity to lead one of Ontario’s premier dedicated indoor pickleball clubs?
The Kingston Pickleball Club is a vibrant, not-for-profit organization with more than 300 members and seven dedicated indoor courts. KPC is seeking an energetic, visionary, and collaborative leader to serve as our General Manager of Pickleball Operations /Head Professional.
Reporting to the President of the Board of Directors, this leadership position is responsible for leading all aspects of Club operations, including pickleball programming, coaching leadership, staff and volunteer management, financial oversight, member experience, and strategic growth. Working closely with an engaged Board of Directors, the successful candidate will help guide the continued growth of KPC while fostering a welcoming, inclusive, and high-performing club culture.

The ideal candidate will have:
- Leadership experience in sport, recreation, hospitality, or club management.
- Strong coaching and player development experience in pickleball.
- Experience managing staff, volunteers, budgets, and daily operations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
- A passion for growing the sport and creating exceptional member experiences.
Compensation: Competitive salary of $55,000–$80,000, commensurate with experience, plus performance incentives, professional development funding, revenue-sharing opportunities for instructional programming, Club membership privileges, potential for on-site pro-shop revenue and additional benefits.
