We are a property management company with a number of properties in the Mississauga/Etobicoke area. These include office buildings, residential buildings, etc.
We are looking for a handyman for the general upkeep of the buildings.
The job can involve:
- basic repairs and renovations (i.e. demolition, patching, painting)
- maintenance of the parking lots/sidewalks (i.e. sweeping, snow maintenance)
- picking up and dropping off maintenance supplies to various properties
Experience in the following is an asset:
- drywalling (repairs, installation)
- painting
- basic plumbing (installation of faucets, toilets, vanities, etc.)
- basic electrical (changing lights, etc.)
- tiling (removal, installation, grouting)
- hardware (changing locks, etc.)
Additional Info:
We are looking for a full-time handyman, but part-time applicants can also be considered.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
