Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Lawn Care Crew Members to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for lawn and garden maintenance and landscaping, with the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with a positive attitude. This role involves maintaining and enhancing the beauty of residential and commercial properties through effective lawn care practices.
Duties
- Perform lawn maintenance tasks including: mowing, trimming, blowing, weeding, and edging lawns.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to maintain gardens and landscapes.
- Dig, plant, hedge, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees as needed.
- Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools are stored properly after use.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Previous experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, or gardening is preferred but not required.
- Physically fit and able to life over 50lbs as required.
- Proficiency in using hand tools and lawn power tools safely and effectively is an asset.
- A positive attitude and team player with the ability to listen and follow instructions well to learn best practices.
- Working quickly and efficiently at all times.
- Ability to dig, lift, and carry materials as needed for landscaping tasks.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Being reliable and always showing up when scheduled. Multiple misses will lead to termination.
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Transportation to and from our yard.

The pay is $20 - $23 based on skill, experience, and hard work.
