Job Title: SAP MM Functional Lead

Our client is seeking an experienced SAP MM Functional Lead to support the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and Materials Management solutions. This is a 6-month contract opportunity with the potential for permanent conversion, ideal for a professional who excels at partnering with business stakeholders and delivering scalable SAP MM solutions.
What's the Job?
- Design, implement, and maintain SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and Materials Management (MM) solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA MM modules, including Procurement and Inventory Management.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional solution designs.
- Lead and support the delivery of SAP MM solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA MM and other SAP modules and business processes.
- Provide ongoing support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP MM solutions.
- Support system enhancements, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Help maintain system integrity and ensure alignment with evolving business needs.
What's Needed?
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement and Materials Management (MM) solutions.
- Proven experience configuring SAP S/4HANA MM, including Procurement and Inventory Management.
- Strong background in gathering business requirements and converting them into functional solution designs.
- Experience integrating SAP MM with other SAP modules and related systems.
- Experience supporting and maintaining SAP MM solutions in a production environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with advanced SAP S/4HANA capabilities, including data migration and complex system integrations.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, including purchasing, inventory management, and contract management.
- Understanding of broader SAP landscapes, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP, and related SAP systems.
- Experience participating in end-to-end SAP implementation or transformation projects.
Minimum Education Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
