Herskovits Kallos & Associates Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Damage Insurance Broker – Customer Service to join our team. The selected candidate will play a key role in managing client relationships and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions.
- Ensure accurate updates and follow-ups on client files to maintain satisfaction and retention.
- Work within insurance systems (Aviva, Intact, Unique) to process client requests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve service quality and performance objectives.
Qualifications
- Valid AMF license in damage insurance (mandatory).
- Up to date with all required AMF continuing education.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in damage insurance.
- Experience in commercial insurance (an asset).
- Knowledge of EPIC software (an asset).
- Bilingualism (French and English) required ; additional languages ( an asset ).
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, etc.).
Employment Conditions
- Permanent, full-time position.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, on-site.
- Compensation: Base salary + bonus (based on experience and skills).
