As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and quality food to our customers. Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy while following proper cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and dining areas to ensure food safety.
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is a plus.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also demonstrating initiative when needed.
