Position Overview
We are looking for a personable and motivated Leasing Host to represent our building and show available suites to prospective tenants. This is a client-facing role centered around creating a great first impression, guiding people through the space, and converting interest into signed leases. If you're a natural at conversation, good at reading people, and confident closing a deal, this role is for you.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and host prospective tenants for suite showings, creating a warm and professional experience
- Respond promptly to leasing inquiries via phone, email, and direct message
- Guide prospects through the building and available suites, highlighting features and answering questions
- Build genuine rapport with prospects and follow up consistently to move them through the leasing process
- Communicate lease terms clearly and confidently, addressing objections and closing deals
- Track leads and follow-ups to ensure no prospect falls through the cracks
- Coordinate with management on suite availability, pricing, and move-in timelines
- Represent the building professionally at all times — appearance, communication, and conduct matter
What We're Looking For
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — you can hold a room and connect with anyone
- Sales-minded with a natural ability to build rapport and close
- Reliable, punctual, and self-directed — you don't need to be micromanaged
- Comfortable following up persistently without being pushy
- Prior experience in sales, hospitality, real estate, or a customer-facing role is an asset
- Multilingual abilities are a plus given our diverse applicant pool
This role is ideal for someone who is personable, driven, and takes pride in helping people find a place to call home.
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
