Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly Nail Technician/ aesthetician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional nail care services and or aesthetic services such as facials and waxing, including manicures, pedicures, and other nail treatments, while ensuring a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients. Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Upsell retail products related to nail care and beauty to enhance client experience and salon revenue
- Assist clients with body waxing services as needed, ensuring comfort and professionalism
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and inviting for clients at all times
Experience
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon setting at least 1 year
- Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, current trends, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to perform body waxing services is a plus but not required; training can be provided if necessary
- Experience in retail sales or upselling is desirable but not mandatory; enthusiasm for promoting products is essential
- Commitment to maintaining sanitation standards and delivering outstanding customer service
