Our client in Ottawa, ON is actively looking for an Driver Rear Load to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Rear End garbage truck on designated commercial and residential routes.
Collect and empty large commercial dumpsters and multi-family waste containers according to established service schedules.
Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections; promptly report any maintenance or safety concerns.
Monitor bin conditions and report issues such as damage, contamination, or restricted access.
Ensure full compliance with municipal regulations and company waste collection standards.
Maintain accurate service logs, inspection records, and route documentation.
Deliver professional, courteous service while interacting with customers on-site.
Qualifications:
Valid DZ driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Minimum 2 years of experience in the waste industry, specifically with Rear End trucks.
Proven ability to safely maneuver large vehicles in tight or confined spaces.
Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and operational excellence.
Effective communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
