Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team in Sudbury. Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and repairing as needed.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates.
- Assist in training less experienced team members when necessary.
- Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely.
- Good time management skills.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
