NOW HIRING: DOOR-TO-DOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE

V.I.L. Landscaping is building a team of motivated door-to-door representatives who can generate leads and book appointments for our sales team.
You do not need to close the sale. Your job is to start conversations with homeowners, find potential landscaping projects, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales representatives.
YOUR WEEKLY TARGET
- 3 qualified leads per day
- 5 working days per week
- 15 total leads
- Approximately 10 booked appointments
WHAT YOU CAN EARN AT TARGET
- 10 appointments × $60 = $600
- Approximately $30,000 in closed work
- 3% commission = $900
- Total target: approximately $1,500 per week
Strong performers should aim to earn $2,000+ per week during the busy season. Actual earnings depend on performance and closed sales.
THIS ROLE IS FOR PEOPLE WHO:
- Can work at least 25 hours every week
- Are available for year-round outdoor work
- Can handle rejection and keep moving

No experience is needed. We’ll train you in appointment setting, communication, confidence, customer service, and sales.
