The Role
We aren’t just looking for a standard Account Executive; we are looking for a hustler and a builder.
In this role, you will be the tip of the spear for our revenue growth. You will get the best of both worlds: a steady stream of inbound leads to capitalize on, plus a targeted list of prospects for outbound cold calling. You will own the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and booking meetings to running demos and signing deals. What You’ll Do
- Hunt & Close: Relentlessly prospect, book meetings, and close deals through outbound cold calling using our curated lists of high-value prospects.
- Convert Inbound Leads: Quickly respond to and capitalize on inbound marketing leads, turning warm interest into closed-won revenue.
- Own the Pipeline: Manage your entire sales pipeline and keep meticulous records of your activities, deals, and notes within HubSpot.
- Demo with Confidence: Conduct high-energy, value-driven product demonstrations of ElevateListings.ai to residential real estate professionals.
- Build the Playbook: Act as a foundational member of our sales team. Share market feedback, test new pitches, and help us refine our go-to-market strategy.
Who You Are
- A Proven Closer: You have a track record of exceeding quotas in B2B SaaS or real estate sales. You know how to ask for the business and overcome objections.
- Fearless on the Phone: You aren't afraid of cold calling; in fact, you thrive on it. You know that activity breeds results.
- Tech-Savvy: You have strong experience managing deals and pipelines in HubSpot (or a similar CRM).
- An Entrepreneurial Hustler: You are highly self-motivated. You don't just want a "job"—you want to build a company and see the direct impact of your hard work.
- Industry Knowledge (Bonus): Previous experience selling into the residential real estate market or familiarity with the real estate industry is a massive plus.
What We Offer
- Competitive Compensation: $60,000 Base Salary + generous commission structure yielding a $150,000 OTE for on-target performance.
