We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to help shape and improve our business processes, digital capabilities, and technology solutions. Working collaboratively with business units and Technology, this role analyzes operational needs, identifies opportunities for improvement, and helps deliver solutions that align with organizational priorities and support long-term success.
This hybrid role is based in Saskatchewan, with the opportunity to work from our Waldheim or Saskatoon office as well as remotely. Regular in-person attendance at our Waldheim head office is expected to support collaboration, team engagement, and project delivery.
What You'll Do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into practical business solutions
- Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements to support solution design and implementation
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, workshops, and cross-functional collaboration to build alignment and support informed decision-making
- Support business cases, solution evaluations, testing, and implementation activities for technology and process initiatives
- Analyze operational and system data to identify trends, measure outcomes, and recommend continuous improvements
- Contribute to organizational change initiatives by supporting business readiness, communication, and implementation planning
- Support enterprise initiatives that strengthen operational excellence, digital maturity, and business performance
What We're Looking For
- Minimum five years of business analysis experience, including leading complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience supporting business process improvement, system implementations, and organizational change
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and the ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization
- Experience gathering, documenting, and translating business requirements into practical solutions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a continuous improvement mindset
- Experience in insurance operations, business systems analysis, digital enablement, broker services, or the property and casualty insurance industry is considered a strong asset
- Experience with policy administration systems, broker management systems (BMS), CSIO standards, business analysis tools, SQL, Python, or JavaScript is considered an asset
- Post-secondary education in business, technology, or a related field is preferred
- Relevant business analysis, systems, project management, or insurance designations (e.g., CIP) are considered assets

Candidates must reside within Saskatchewan.
