Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Territorial Franchise Manager to oversee multiple franchise locations throughout Alberta and British Columbia. In this role, you will be the bridge between corporate standards and franchise success. You will regularly visit franchise stores to ensure they operate in strict accordance with company standards, food safety requirements, and established operating procedures.
The successful candidate will work closely with franchise owners and their teams to mentor them, drive operational excellence, and maintain product quality across all locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel monthly to various franchise locations throughout Alberta and British Columbia to provide hands-on oversight.
- Conduct comprehensive store audits to ensure full compliance with brand policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
- Monitor food preparation, food safety regulations, cleanliness, and overall product quality.
- Act as a coach and mentor to franchise owners and store management, helping them optimize operations and boost profitability.
- Identify operational gaps, recommend strategic areas for improvement, and ensure corrective actions are swiftly implemented.
- Prepare and submit detailed field reports to senior management regarding store performance, compliance, and regional insights.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven background in food service, food preparation, or multi-unit restaurant management.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, health codes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Excellent leadership, communication, conflict-resolution, and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently and independently throughout AB and BC.
- Must possess a valid driver’s licence and a reliable vehicle.
- Fluency in English, Punjabi, and Urdu is required to effectively communicate with and support our diverse network of franchise owners and teams.
