Property Management company located in Durham Region is looking for general maintenance contractor
MUST have liability insurance and WSIB
Tools and materials to be supplied by contractor with a percentage markup
MUST have your own vehicle, valid current drivers licence and be able to use your vehicle for the job.
Work will be drywall, mudding and sanding and painting. Must be able to work with small scaffolding.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Pay: From $40.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 8 per week
