We are looking for an experienced and motivated sales representative to join our team.
Position Overview
The ideal candidate already has experience in the window covering industry and is comfortable meeting clients both in-home and at our showroom.
This is a client-facing role for someone who can confidently guide clients through product selection, take accurate measurements, and help manage day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-home consultations for custom blinds, shades, and curtains
- Meet clients at the showroom
- Take accurate window measurements
- Help clients choose fabrics, styles, and motorization options
- Assist with scheduling and daily operations
- Deliver excellent customer service from consultation to installation
Requirements
- Previous experience in the window covering industry REQUIRED
- Knowledge of blinds, shades, curtains, and motorization systems
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Organized and detail oriented
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
- English required, French is a strong asset
