Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Parts Person to join our team. This role involves managing inventory, sourcing parts, and providing exceptional customer service within a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with and knowledge of small engine parts and motorbike parts. The Parts Person will play a critical role in ensuring availability of parts and supplies to support our operations and customer needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain inventory levels
- Source parts through a varity of supplies
- Assist customers with parts inquiries, providing knowledgeable support
- Maintain organized storage areas for easy access and efficient workflow
- Complete Invoices and workorders
Skills
- Experience in dealership environments preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping
- Knowledge of Small engine parts
- Excellent customer service skills to assist internal teams and external clients effectively
- Mechanical knowledge relevant to motorbikes and lawncare equipment
- Familiarity with Sage Simply Accounting
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
