Ten Feet Sports and Entertainment Ltd. (TFSE) proudly manages and operates all facilities at Langley Events Centre (LEC), The Redwoods Golf Course, and Triple O’s at Aldergrove Community Centre. LEC Overview:
Located within the Township of Langley’s developing Arts, Sports, and Entertainment District, LEC features an arena bowl (5,276 seats for hockey), stadium (6,197 seats for soccer/rugby), banquet hall, triple gymnasium (2,000 seats), double gymnasium (1,000 seats), fieldhouse, meeting rooms, dedicated gymnastics facility, retail, sport medicine, and sport organization offices, all next to the adjoining Willoughby Community Park. This unique multi-purpose and simultaneous event facility proudly hosts International, National, Provincial, Regional, and local community championships and events. Inspired by World Class facilities throughout North America, the LEC strives to provide a first-class experience for amateur and professional participants and spectators alike.
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Experience and Service, the Supervisor, Administration is the main point of contact for guests, clients and users of the facility. The Supervisor, Administration will provide administrative support to all departments.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries about the facilities or event bookings
- Answer the main telephone line at The ARENAS at Langley Events Centre, respond to questions and transfer calls as required
- Schedule maintenance for office equipment
- Coordinate office supply orders
- Collect and apply payments in the facility booking system
- Assist with entering bookings in the facility booking system
- Manage the lost and found items that are turned into the Administration desk, in accordance with facility policy
- Provide upcoming event information to prospective spectators, and process ticket sales
- Hire, train, schedule and supervise Administration part-time staff
- Delegate task lists and duties for Administration staff to complete
- Regularly review and update training materials
- Other duties as assigned

- Intermediate proficiency with MS Office 365
- Experience with a Voice over IP system, Teams experience preferred
- Experience with MS Windows 11 operating system
- Experience balancing transactions
- Fully proficient in spoken and written English, with a second language considered an asset
- Willingness and ability to work a flexible work schedule, as needed and based upon facility and event schedules
Qualifications:
- Willingness to complete a Police Information Check
- Valid Basic First Aid, CPR, and AED Certification, or equivalent will be required to be maintained during employment
- Completion of high school education, or equivalent required
- Related post-secondary courses an asset
- Minimum three years of Administration experience
- Minimum one year of Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership abilities

Pay: $56,000.00-$63,000.00 per year
