Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server/Bartender to join our dynamic team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, preparing cocktails and serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong multitasking skills, and experience in this industry. Hourly wage + daily tips. Ideal candidate has opportunity for growth.
Duties
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing POS systems
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as per customer requests
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change using cash handling skills
- Maintain cleanliness of the service area, including tables, bar stations, and workstations
- Assist in setting up dining areas before service and cleaning after closing shifts
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, addressing any needs or concerns promptly
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service for all guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in restaurant food service industry preferred, especially in serving or bartending roles
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Basic math skills for cashiering, cash handling, and bill splitting
- Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables or bar orders simultaneously
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must have Serving it Right ceritfication
