Duties
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment.
- Prepare roofing surfaces by cleaning, removing debris, and applying necessary materials such as caulking or sealants.
- Operate heavy machinery safely to transport materials and support roofing operations.
- Support team leader with accomplishing day to day tasks and service calls.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling tools and equipment.
Skills
- Safety Training. Working at heights, fall arrest, fall restraint.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools.
- Experience with outdoor construction work.
- Knowledge of caulking techniques for waterproofing roofs.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive approach to safety and quality standards in construction environments.
