We are seeking a dynamic and organized Receptionist/Administrator to join our team! Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression for everyone who enters the office.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls accurately and professionally using proper phone etiquette.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages with efficiency.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Maintain organized filing systems—both digital and paper—to ensure quick retrieval of documents.
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting software, including invoicing and expense tracking.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, proofreading documents, and managing office supplies
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and data entry software.
- Prior experience working at a front desk or handling multi-line phone systems is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping experience is a plus.

This position is for someone who is fully bilingual only in French and English. It is for a 10 month contract only to replace someone on maternity leave beginning mid August. It is for 3 days a week (flexible) between 9am and 3pm (also slightly flexible)
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
