Job Description:
Superintendent positions available for luxury rental buildings in HRM.
All buildings are animal-free.
Residential rental unit provided (taxable benefit) Live-In position only.
Hot water & six in-unit appliances are included.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General maintenance of building.
Clean common areas (lobbies, elevators, hallways, garbage/recycling room, etc).
Carry building cell phone 24/7. Respond to emergencies.
Work in conjunction with property management to monitor subcontractors.
Communicate professionally with residents of the building.
Some evening/weekend work required.
