This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll gain real-world experience in herd health, nutrition consulting, and farm support — while building a future in one of Canada’s most important industries.
What You’ll Do:
- Support senior nutrition advisors with on-farm visits and herd assessments
- Score cattle, document observations, and share results using iPad-based tools
- Build technical knowledge by attending in-house training and sales meetings
- Help maintain dairy accounts with top-tier service and confidentiality
- Participate in farm projects, product trials, and business events
- Communicate observations and support farm teams in problem-solving
- Assist in developing nutrition plans and following up with clients
- Keep digital reports updated to track daily activities and client interactions
What You Bring:
- Diploma or degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, or Dairy Nutrition - strong asset
- Bilingual (English/French) – asset
- Valid Class G driver’s license with clean abstract
- Strong attention to detail and interest in on-farm work
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Commitment to workplace safety and professionalism
