We are looking for a Junior 3D Printer Technician to join our team, who may not have direct 3D printing experience but has strong technical skills and is willing to learn.

Job Responsibilities:
- Learn to operate 3D printers and associated equipment
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting any issues for customers via email
- Assist with CAD design modifications, file preparation, and manufacturing-ready model generation
- Monitor inventory levels for printing materials, consumables, and shipping supplies
- Generate shipping labels and prepare shipments for FedEx pickup, ensuring all items are properly labeled and packaged correctly
- Collaborate with the sales team to create product demonstration videos showcasing CAD designs, prototypes, and technical capabilities
Qualifications:
- Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with others
- Experience with 3D printing, prototyping, or fabrication equipment is an asset
- Experience using FedEx and other shipping providers is an asset
- Experience using CAD software is an asset
