Overview
We are seeking a dedicated property maintenance worker to join our team and contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor spaces. This is a full-time, year-round position with room to grow based on your skill and the value you bring-including the potential to grow into a team lead role for the right candidate.
Duties
- Perform routine landscaping and property maintenance tasks (mowing, trimming, edging, seasonal cleanup, etc.)
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment safely
- Travel between job sites in the SE Calgary area
- Maintain a professional, courteous presence at client properties
Experience
- Previous experience in property maintenance (required)
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Must pass a criminal background check
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work outdoors in all conditions
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Pay & Schedule
- Pay will depend on experience and value you bring
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour days, plus a 30-minute unpaid break
- 3-month probationary period
- Benefits eligibility after 9 months of employment

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
