Join our growing cleaning team in Victoria. This is a full-time position with a real promotion path: team members who show reliability and leadership can advance into a Manager role.
What you'll do:
- Clean residential and commercial spaces from top to bottom: kitchens (counters, appliances, degreasing), bathrooms (toilets, showers, sinks), bedrooms, and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces following our cleaning checklists
- Communicate with clients about their preferences and flag any issues you notice
What we're looking for:
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (required)
- Attention to detail and reliability — experience is a plus, but we provide full training
- Spanish or English required; being bilingual is an asset and can earn a higher starting rate
- Driver's licence is also an asset (higher starting rate)
Pay & perks:
- $19.50–$21.00/hr to start, with raises tied to performance
