About the Role
- Promote residential services (Internet, TV, phone, mobility)
- Engage directly with homeowners in the field
- Represent the brand with professionalism and energy
- Build trust and close sales
- Deliver a strong and positive customer experience
You will be responsible for building relationships, understanding customer needs, presenting solutions, and closing sales while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Present and promote Rogers products and services to potential customers
- Build strong relationships and establish trust with homeowners
- Deliver a personalized and high-quality customer experience
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-ups

Compensation & Growth
This is a Base + commission-based position, meaning there is no cap on what you can earn. Your income is directly tied to your performance, effort, and determination.

Potential Earnings
Top-performing representatives have the opportunity to earn $60,000–$80,000 annually, with earnings directly reflecting effort and performance.
