Leaside Landscaping is a professioal landscape construction company dedicated to creating and maintaining high quality outdoor spaces. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Gardener to join our team. This role requires strong leadership, horticultural knowledge, and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Backup superviser of crew in daily landscape gardening operations.
- Coordinate and assign tasks to crew members.
- Perform planting, pruning, mulching, weeding, edging, and garden maintenance.
- Ensure work is completed according to specifications and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools safely.
- Familiar with proper gardening techniques and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, clients, and team members.
- Complete required paperwork, site reports, and timesheets.
- Monitor material usage and report supply needs.
- Flexibility to assist in landscape installations
Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
