The sales team at Good Life Brands (Field House Brewing & Nice Life Cocktails + ) is a key part of getting our craft beverages into the hands of people across the province.
We’re looking for someone who loves craft beer/cocktails and loves people! To us it’s so much more than good drinks, it’s about building relationships and connecting people. Whether that’s here locally in our community or seeing friends coming together in the comfort of their own home over a cold one.
1. Drive Sales Growth & Portfolio Expansion
Driving sales growth by maintaining strong relationships with wholesale accounts, acquiring new accounts, and effectively representing a multi brand, multi category beverage portfolio.
Supporting Key Tasks:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow distribution and open new partnership opportunities
- Position and sell across a diverse portfolio of brands and beverage styles (beer, cider, RTD, non alc), tailoring solutions to each account
- Conduct tastings and provide knowledgeable, experience driven recommendations
- Collaborate cross functionally to deliver a high quality customer experience
- Contribute to growth strategy and resource allocation decisions
2. Execute Sales & Optimize Account Performance
Actively selling and managing the beverage portfolio across existing accounts while driving revenue and operational efficiency.
Supporting Key Tasks:
- Drive package and draught sales revenue across assigned accounts, focusing on growth, distribution, and product mix
- Optimize product mix within accounts to maximize performance across brands and categories
- Build and maintain a structured journey plan to meet call rate objectives
- Record all account activity in CRM and maintain strong pipeline visibility
- Support order desk and distribution logistics while maintaining awareness of distribution costs
3. Collaborate, Communicate & Represent the Brand
Maintaining strong internal communication and representing Field House / GoodLife Brands in market.
Supporting Key Tasks:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to achieve weekly, monthly, and annual targets
- Work with Senior Leadership on forecasting, planning, and stretch goals
- Provide market feedback on brand performance, customer needs, and category trends across the portfolio
- Support sales operations, order processing, and external event execution
- Represent the company at on and off site marketing and community events
Work arrangement: Offsite work week
- 4 days on road visiting accounts, and maintaining relationships/avg. 40 visits a week
- Coverage area to include North Van, Sea to Sky, Sunshine Coast, Pemberton & Interior, in which an occasional overnight travel visit to the interior would be required.
- Occasional event and sampling coverage as required within your territory.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
+ Strong organizational skills
+ Outgoing, and friendly
+ Ability to meet deadlines
+ Proficient communication skills
+ Sales experience of min. 2 years
+ Enthusiastic about working with great people, great food, and great beer!
This position is a combination of in house and on the road depending on the day.
