SALES AND MARKETING COORDINATOR
LaundryWell is building the future of commercial laundry operations using modern technology to help organizations eliminate the burden of laundry management.
We are growing fast and need someone who keeps things moving. This role sits at the center of our sales and marketing engine and is built for a sharp, organized executor who takes ownership, follows through without being chased, and wants to see their work directly tied to company growth.
Role Overview
This is a coordination and execution role. You sit at the intersection of sales and marketing, keeping both functions moving without getting in the way. You will work directly with our Sales Rep (Blake) and Fractional Marketing Lead to clear bottlenecks, prep materials, and keep our pipeline and brand presence active and sharp.
What You Will Do
- Sales Support: Build and maintain lead lists, prep outreach materials, track pipeline activity in HubSpot, and remove admin friction so the sales rep stays focused on selling
- Marketing Execution: Support the Fractional Marketing Lead in running campaigns, scheduling and publishing social content, updating the website, and coordinating events
- Content Creation: Draft copy for emails, social posts, one-pagers, and other collateral under direction of the marketing lead
- Cross-functional Glue: Flag what is stuck, escalate what is blocked, and keep both teams in sync without needing to be managed
- Tech Leverage: Use modern technology tools to improve organization, outreach, follow-up, and execution efficiency
What We Need
- 2+ years in a B2B sales support, marketing coordination, or similar role
- Hands-on with HubSpot or a comparable CRM; advanced user of modern technology including AI
- Strong written communication; you write clearly and quickly
- Self-starter who tracks their own work and reports on it without prompting
- Comfortable in a lean startup where priorities shift and no playbook is perfect
What Success Looks Like
- Sales representative is spending 80%+ of time selling, not admin
- Marketing activities ship on time with consistent quality
- Pipeline data in the CRM is clean, current, and useful
- Growth is visible at month three, and you had a direct, measurable hand in it
