We are seeking motivated and personable individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Automotive Internet Sales Representatives. Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and online chat to promote vehicle sales
- Manage and nurture a sales pipeline by following up with leads and prospects
- Assist customers in selecting vehicles that meet their needs through consultative sales techniques
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and new inventory online
- Collaborate with the sales management team to develop strategies for increasing high-end sales opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service by maintaining professional communication and phone etiquette
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, appointments, and sales activities using CRM tools
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Experience or interest in retail sales, or dealership environments is a plus but not required
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Knowledge of marketing principles and social media platforms is beneficial
- Customer service experience with a focus on professionalism and courtesy
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with sales support tools, CRM systems, or previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
