Your daily work flow:
- Show up remotely, from the comfort of your home.
- Build and manage your sales pipeline with our great lists, scripts and strategy
- Make 30+ outbound calls/emails per day to US grocery accounts
- Grow existing client relationships in the US grocery market
- Close deals and earn based on your results
- Compensation starts part-time (1-2 days/week) at $28-$30/hr base + bonus structure to reach $40/hr. If you want it, there could be a path to full-time hours

Every year we travel to Kenya, personally working with a women’s tea co-op and small-scale tea farmers. About you
- You possess integrity and are courteous and professional in your conduct.
- You are hungry to sell and hungry to grow as a professional salesperson.
- You are comfortable making cold calls and talking to business owners.
- You have 5+ years of experience in sales & customer service (if not, make us believe you will succeed!)
- You’ve got a strong sense of accountability, consistency, and a firm grasp of the Microsoft Office suite.
Your responsibilities
- You’ll be using both phone and email to convert qualified US grocery store leads into new clients.
- Using sales scripts, you’ll get into a rhythm of 10+ calls/hour.
- To keep things in order, you‘ll maintain JusTea’s sales CRM (Zoho) and other apps.
- Working closely with the CEO you will help monitor market conditions to address pricing, product issues, and opportunities.
Your Career Track:
- Month 1–3: Make calls to US-based stores and stay organized
- Month 4–12: Build your own pipeline and secure your own base salary and start getting commissions
- Year 2+: Manage the USA network, and if you want to grow you could take on the Canadian sales network. (Possibilities for you to grow from Part-Time Sales to JusTea Sales Manager.)

Experience:
- Outbound sales or cold calling: 4 years (preferred)
- Sales and Customer Service: 5 years (preferred)
- Grocery store, CPG, or retail accounts: 2 years (preferred)
- Food and Beverage: 1 year (preferred)
