Our 50 seat restaurant and butcher shop serves up the best dry-aged burgers, alongside beautiful rotisserie chickens and tallow-fried French fries. While customers’ food is cooking they can pick up some beautiful meats, and house made charcuterie to take home and fill their fridge.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present menu items in accordance with Two Rivers’ standards and recipes.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the kitchen and prep areas.
- Ensure all food is handled, stored, and prepared in compliance with health and safety standards.
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies before and during service.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Monitor food quality and portion control.
- Assist with receiving and storing deliveries, ensuring freshness and rotation (FIFO).
- Support other kitchen team members as needed during busy periods.
- Contribute to maintaining a respectful, safe, and inclusive work environment.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and apply new skills to support ongoing operational improvements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Employee's Supervisor.
Working Conditions
- Work performed primarily in a commercial kitchen environment with exposure to heat, steam, and noise.
- Fast-paced, physically demanding role requiring focus, coordination, and attention to detail.
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including safety footwear, gloves, and any other required gear, must be worn at all times.
- Must follow all food safety, sanitation, and occupational health standards.
- The environment requires strict adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality control. standards at all times.
Requirements
- Experience in a kitchen.
- Valid food safe level 1 or ability to obtain upon hire.
- Meet the physical requirements of the job and can lift up to 50lbs.
- Available for shifts; we are open 7 days a week.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to meet the day’s individual goals, as well as the company’s collective goals.
- Great attention to detail, organization and cleanliness.
- Team player: 1 team, 1 goal.
- Excellent Food-Safe and food handling knowledge.
- Strong work ethic combined with working independently, quickly and efficiently.
