Experienced Tim Hortons Supervisor
Location: Tim Hortons, 275 Baker Drive, Dartmouth, NS
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Bakeco Management Inc. is looking for an experienced supervisor to join our team at our Baker Drive Tim Hortons location.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys leading people, delivering great guest experiences, and working in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for a strong leader who can coach and motivate a team while maintaining the high standards our guests expect.
Previous supervisory experience is required.
Previous Tim Hortons experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach team members during shifts
- Ensure exceptional guest service and drive-thru performance
- Maintain Tim Hortons operational standards
- Support training and development of team members
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and product quality
- Assist with inventory management, waste control, and production
- Help achieve labour, food cost, and guest satisfaction targets
- Create a positive and productive work environment
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory experience required
- Previous Tim Hortons experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable and dependable with flexible availability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
