Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Foreman/woman to lead and oversee landscape construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full property construction, along with proven supervisory and leadership skills. This role involves managing a team of landscape workers, ensuring quality standards are met, and maintaining client satisfaction through efficient project execution. The Landscape Foreman/woman will play a vital role in coordinating daily operations, supervising crews, and ensuring safety protocols are followed on-site.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise landscape maintenance, installation, and construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate daily tasks for crew members, assigning responsibilities and monitoring progress.
- Oversee the proper use and maintenance of equipment related to irrigation systems, gardening tools, and construction materials.
- Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards.
- Assist with technical tasks such as grading, water management and landscape design adjustments.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Manage project timelines, materials procurement, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills in horticulture, landscape maintenance, and construction techniques.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of Masonry, carpentry, interlocking stone, retaining walls, pool install and more
- Proven supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively.
- Leadership qualities with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in construction related to landscaping projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues related to irrigation systems or plant health.
- Knowledge of safety protocols relevant to landscape work environments.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour
