Duties
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to connect with diverse community groups
- Coordinate outreach activities, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives
- Collect, analyze, and report data related to outreach efforts and community engagement
- Maintain administrative records, prepare reports, and handle correspondence related to outreach activities
- Collaborate with team members and external partners to expand outreach efforts
Requirements
- Experience considered an asset
- Proven supervising experience in community programs or related fields
- Experience in project management and organizational planning
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a proactive approach to community engagement
- Skills in data collection, analysis, and reporting tools
- Administrative experience including record keeping and report writing
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on community building
