Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast and brunch menu items with precision and creativity
- Ensure all food is prepared according to established recipes and food safety standards
- Serve dishes promptly and courteously to guests, maintaining excellent customer service
- Handle food with care, adhering to proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area before, during, and after service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy hours
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs for restocking ingredients and supplies
- Follow all health and safety regulations to uphold a safe working environment
Experience
- Previous experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service within a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred
- Familiarity with meal preparation techniques specific to breakfast and brunch dishes
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in serving guests in a fast-paced environment is advantageous
- Kitchen experience that demonstrates efficiency, attention to detail, and teamwork skills
